Pricing
AMI Intelligence is pay-as-you-go. You add money to a prepaid wallet and pay only for the call minutes your AI agent handles. There is no setup fee, no subscription and no minimum term.
Call charges
- AI-handled calls, inbound or outbound: ₹6 per minute.
- Calls are billed per started minute of connected time. A 40-second call is billed as 1 minute; a 2 minute 10 second call as 3 minutes.
- Calls that do not connect (no answer, busy, failed) are not charged.
- The rate in force is always shown in the dashboard before you top up, and every call shows its exact charge in your wallet history.
Wallet top-ups
- Minimum top-up: ₹100. Maximum single top-up: ₹1,00,000.
- Pay by UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking through Razorpay.
- Optional auto-recharge with UPI Autopay tops up your wallet when the balance runs low. You can turn it off at any time.
- Unused balance is refundable as described in our Cancellations and Refunds policy.
Free to start
Creating an account, setting up your agent and test-calling it from your browser is free up to the test minutes shown in your dashboard. After that, test calls are charged from the wallet at the call rate above.
Phone numbers
A business phone number can be connected to your account by our team. If a monthly number rental applies, it is shown in the dashboard before you take the number and is charged from your wallet once a month.
Taxes
Applicable taxes, including GST where required, are charged as per Indian law.

Prices may change with at least 7 days' notice in the dashboard, as set out in our Terms of Service. Calls already made are always charged at the rate in force at the time.
