AMI Intelligence

Privacy Policy

Effective 1 November 2026

AMI Intelligence ("AMI", "we", "us") is a software service that lets businesses run AI phone agents: answering inbound calls, placing outbound campaign calls, collecting information on those calls and managing the resulting leads. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, where it is stored and the choices you have. It applies to the AMI web dashboard, the AMI Android app and the phone calls AMI handles for our customers.

Two kinds of people. Customers are the businesses and their staff who sign in to AMI. Callers are the people who speak with an AMI agent on the phone. For callers' data, the customer business decides why calls are made and what is collected, and AMI processes that data on the customer's behalf.

1. Data we collect

Account data (customers)

Call data (callers)

Technical data

2. How we use data

We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or use call content to train AI models.

3. Google user data

If you sign in with Google, AMI receives your name, email address and Google account identifier, and uses them only to create and secure your AMI account.

If you choose to export results to Google Sheets, AMI asks for these permissions:

AMI stores the resulting access token encrypted and uses it only when you start an export. You can disconnect at any time in AMI Settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

AMI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used for advertising, is not sold, is not read by people except with your consent, for security reasons or to comply with law, and is not used to train AI models.

4. Service providers

We share data only with providers that run parts of the service for us, under their own security and privacy commitments:

We may also disclose data when required by law, to protect the rights and safety of people or of the service, or as part of a business transfer under equivalent protections.

5. Where data is stored

AMI's servers, database and recordings are in Google Cloud's Mumbai region in India. Some providers, including the Gemini API, may process data in other countries while handling a request.

6. How long we keep data

7. Security

Data travels over HTTPS and secure WebSockets. Service credentials you enter are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and platform secrets are held in Google Secret Manager. Every customer sees only their own data, and access to production systems is limited to the people who operate AMI.

8. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Customers can delete calls, recordings and leads directly in the dashboard.

If you were called by an AMI agent, the business that called you controls that call's data. Contact that business first. If you cannot reach them, write to us and we will pass on your request.

9. Responsibilities of customers

Customers must have a lawful basis for the calls they make and the data they collect. That includes giving any notice that a call is handled by an AI or is recorded, and following TRAI telemarketing and Do Not Disturb rules.

10. Children

AMI is a business service and is not meant for people under 18. We do not knowingly collect children's data for our own purposes.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. For significant changes we will tell customers by email or in the dashboard before they take effect.

12. Contact and grievances

For privacy questions, data requests or complaints, write to our grievance officer at midhunskumar2016@gmail.com. We aim to respond to every request within 30 days.
