Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of AMI Intelligence ("AMI", "we", "us"), including the web dashboard, the Android app and the AI phone agents. By creating an account or using AMI you agree to them. If you use AMI for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf, and "you" means that organisation.
1. The service
AMI lets you connect phone numbers, set up AI voice agents and IVR call flows, run inbound and outbound calls, collect information on calls, and manage and export leads. Calls use third-party services, including Plivo for telephony and Google Gemini for the AI model. Features may change as the service develops.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate account information.
- Keep your sign-in credentials and any keys you enter secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us promptly at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Your responsibilities for calls
You decide whom AMI calls, what the agent says and what data it collects. You must:
- Have consent or another lawful basis to call each person and to collect their data.
- Follow TRAI telecom commercial communication rules, including the National Customer Preference Register (Do Not Disturb), registration and calling-hour requirements, and any sector-specific rules that apply to you.
- Tell callers when a call is handled by an AI or recorded, where the law requires it.
- Honour requests to stop calling and to delete data.
- Comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as the party that determines the purpose of the calls.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use AMI to:
- Make unsolicited bulk, spam, threatening, harassing or fraudulent calls.
- Impersonate a person, company or government body, or mislead people about who is calling.
- Collect sensitive data such as passwords, OTPs, or full card or bank details over a call.
- Break any law, or infringe anyone's rights.
- Probe, overload or disrupt the service, or access other customers' data.
We may suspend calls or accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why unless the law or an urgent safety risk prevents it.
5. Wallet, pricing and payment
- Calls are paid from a prepaid wallet at the per-minute tariff shown in the app. Top-ups are processed by Razorpay.
- A call is charged when it ends, based on its connected duration and the tariff in force at the time. Calls stop when the wallet cannot cover the next minute.
- We may change prices with at least 7 days' notice in the app. Changes do not affect calls already made.
- Wallet balances are not interest-bearing. Unused balance is refunded on request when you close your account, less any amounts owed.
- Prices are shown in Indian rupees; applicable taxes are added as required by law.
6. AI output
AI agents can misunderstand speech or give incorrect answers. Review the instructions you give agents and the information they collect before relying on it. Do not use AMI for emergency services, medical, legal or financial advice, or other decisions where an error could cause serious harm without human review.
7. Your data
You keep all rights in the data you put into AMI and the data collected on your calls. You give us permission to process it only to run, secure and support the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data in the dashboard.
8. Third-party services
Plivo, Google, Razorpay and other services you connect are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or their actions, but we choose providers carefully and will help you resolve problems that involve them.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep AMI available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, add or remove features. We will give reasonable notice before removing a feature you depend on, when we can.
10. Intellectual property
AMI's software, design and brand belong to us. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use AMI while your account is active. Do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
AMI is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to AMI is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
12. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for claims, fines and costs arising from calls you made through AMI, data you collected, or your breach of these terms or of the law.
13. Ending your use
You can stop using AMI and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if the law requires it. Sections 5, 7, 11, 12 and 14 continue after the account ends.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in India, and we will first try to resolve any dispute informally with you.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. For significant changes we will give at least 7 days' notice by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use AMI after that means you accept the updated terms.
