AMI Intelligence is a software-as-a-service platform for businesses in India. It puts an AI voice agent on a business's phone number, so every inbound call is answered and every lead can be called back, at any hour.
What we offer
- Inbound AI receptionist: answers calls, answers questions from the business's own information, books appointments and callbacks, and transfers to a person when needed.
- Outbound campaigns: calls a list of leads, follows the business's script and records the answers as structured fields.
- Dashboard and app: live transcripts, call recordings, summaries, leads and wallet history on the web and on Android.
- Browser test calls: businesses can talk to their agent from the browser before it takes real calls.

Small and medium businesses that depend on the phone: clinics, real estate, education, financial services, retail and local services.
How customers pay
AMI is a prepaid service. Customers add money to a wallet and are charged per minute for calls handled by the AI agent. There is no subscription and nothing physical is shipped. See Pricing and our Cancellations and Refunds policy.
Where it runs
The service is hosted on Google Cloud in Mumbai, India. Calls are connected through licensed telephony providers, and payments are processed by Razorpay.
