What to include
- Support: the call ID or campaign name, the phone number involved and roughly when it happened.
- Billing and refunds: the amount, the date and, if you have it, the Razorpay payment ID. See our Cancellations and Refunds policy.
- Privacy requests: what you would like us to access, correct or delete. See our Privacy Policy.
- Demo: your business type and what you would like the agent to handle.
Operating hours
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00 IST, excluding Indian public holidays. The AI agents themselves run 24 hours a day; these hours are for reaching the AMI team.

AMI Intelligence is operated from India. Service, data storage and billing are handled in India, and our Terms of Service are governed by Indian law.
